Our Services
As an outpatient treatment center, Hope Bridge Counseling specializes in many types of programming for adults. We offer a Mental Health Skill-Building program, specialized therapy for substance abuse, and more.

Our Mental Health Skill Building program provides support/training in areas of daily life functioning, medication management, health and safety, and use of community resources. The Mental Health Skill Building program is purposed to promote community stability and independence for persons identified with significant psychosocial challenges resulting from mental health illness.

Outpatient Counseling
Let us help you with outpatient therapy. This is defined as any psychotherapy service offered when the client is not admitted to a hospital, residential program, or other inpatient setting. Outpatient therapy is a resource for individuals seeking support for mental health concerns who do not require round-the-clock treatment, support, or safety monitoring.

Substance Abuse Counseling
Substance abuse counseling is a therapeutic process where we will work together to help individuals who are struggling with addiction or substance use disorders (SUDs). The goal of substance abuse counseling is to help people understand their addiction, address underlying emotional or psychological issues, and learn strategies to cope with cravings and prevent relapse.

Community-Based Counseling
Community-based counseling is a form of mental health support and therapy that is provided within the community setting, rather than in a traditional clinical or hospital environment. It aims to make counseling more accessible, culturally relevant, and integrated into the everyday lives of individuals and groups. We can come to you or meet you somewhere convenient to you.
